Additional info & updates

Scholarship info is listed for three years.

The weakest point of my application is obviously the LSAT. That test and I just didn't see eye-to-eye.

4/16: Called Tulane to see what "Decision Rendered" on my Status Checker actually meant, and I was rejected. A fitting end to the cycle. Let the waitlist hoping begin!

4/14: Submitted tuition deposit at Case Western. Looks like 3 years in Cleveland.

4/7: Withdrew from William Mitchell.

4/5: Withdrew from CUA.

4/1: Withdrew from UDenver waitlist.

3/31: Talked to URichmond via phone and discovered I've been "priority waitlisted". The letter is apparently in the mail.

3/30: Withdrew from the University of St. Thomas. It's time to start narrowing this list down....

3/28: Waitlisted at Arizona (normal envelope). Also received the confirmation letter from UDenver (normal envelope) informing me that I've been placed on their waitlist.

3/27: Withdrew from DePaul waitlist. Also received email from Tulane, apparently they need more time to evaluate my file. Why not, I've only been complete since November...

3/26: Received acceptance package from CUA (large envelope).

3/25: Waitlisted by William & Mary (normal envelope). I'm guessing this is a nice way of being rejected.

3/24: Email from UDenver informing me that I've been placed on their waitlist. I'm a little disspointed, but I suppose I probably wasn't going to go their anyway so it's not the end of the world.

3/23: Received acceptance package from Stetson (large envelope). Also received a Waitlist letter (normal envelope) from Iowa.

3/20: Received Acceptance email from CUA. I'll have to visit this school, I kind of want to be in DC.

3/16: Received letter from Stetson inviting me to their Admitted Students Open House. I'm going to assume that I'm admitted, even though I haven't actually received anything yet.

3/12: Status checker at Stetson changed to "Decision Mailed". Finally, one of these schools decided to get on the ball.

3/3: Received email from Iowa informing me that I've been placed on "hold", which is somehow different from being waitlisted.

2/14: Received acceptance letter from Case Western (normal envelope).

2/6: Received acceptance email from Case Western, and a 5k/year scholarship. Finally, the streak of non-acceptances is broken!

2/3: Rejected by Wisconsin (normal envelope). This one kind of hurts, as I would have actually had in-state tuition.

2/2: Waitlisted at American (normal envelope). Kind of a bummer, but it's certainly better than a flat out rejection.

1/9: Rejected by Temple (normal envelope). It wasn't high up on my list, but I'm a little surprised that I didn't even waitlisted.

12/29: Rejected by Minnesota (normal envelope). This was expected. It was my uber-reach school.

12/12: Accepted at St. Thomas, and they offered a 30k scholarship (large envelope).

12/11: Accepted at William Mitchell, and they offered a 75% scholarship (large envelope). Law school for 20k?

12/9: Waitlisted at DePaul (normal envelope). It's not a rejection, but I'm not too optimistic about my other schools if DePaul is waitlisting me...

Sucks about temple. I have the same numbers, hope its not a trend. Applied to some of the same schools, interesting to see how it pans out. Good luck.
