Harvard put me on hold in a letter dated 03/29, the Dean called on 04/19 for a short (15 min) conversation, and Admissions notified by phone on 04/20.

Did you take the Hamilton, or are you waiting on the hold outs YLS and SLS?

I have a deposit at HLS (05/03) but am still on the waitlist for YLS & SLS.
Why do you think it took you so long to "go complete" at Yale? Took me almost 2 months too. Pre-congratulations on getting into Harvard. You're a shoo-in.
