Tough call, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to stick with UChi.

Thanks for the note! I'd like to stay in NY, which is why I have NYU and Columbia as my top choices. But we'll see, I thought H and S would be a total reach but if you think I had a shot in hell then it might be worth it to apply just to see what happens. Can't hurt right?

Here's hoping. Not too mobile unfortunately: wherever I go an 18 month old and a Hubby goes with .... Best of luck to you with your cycle :-)

Thanks Man. I wasn't sure if I should do it but I should try and reach for those schools and see what happens

Hey Bob, you taking the december lsat?

Sunday, June 23 2013 at 11:49 PM

I definitely considered it because I am sure I would do better, but the schools Ive spoken to said that if I am accepted and I retake the test at any time and do better then they will increase my scholarship money. So, if I retake, it will not be until February.

GOOD LUCK!

Thanks for that Bob. Yeah, it expected it but I was bummed nevertheless. It sucks because I'm confident that if my LSAT score was higher that it would have been a different story. I'm very competitive in other areas. But it is what it is. I'll be in school this time next year and I'm confident that I'll be sucessful. I'm proud of what I accomplished so I'm not that down. Moving on and looking foward to what the future will bring. And don't get discouraged: every applicant is different. It's not over until you hear from them. Best of luck.

Sorry about your score Bob, I know how that feels. On the upside, after your first test, you can identify what went wrong and improve on it. For me, it was the fact that I didn't wake up early enough before the test to get my mind flowing so when I took it, I felt tired and unfocused. Nevertheless, I am sure you will succeed regardless of whether you continue with this cycle or the next

Good luck

Good luck to you Bob in your future endeavors! Perhaps in a few years we all here will be saying "wish I followed that guy's choice"

Hey Bob, too early to tell what school. Still got my fingers crossed for Cardozo, and to get off the waitlist at Wake Forest and Temple. Nevertheless, due to the insane amount of debt Law School will put me in, I will lean towards a school offering me $$. That is why if I had to make a decision today, it would be between Seton Hall, Miami and St. John's. Seton Hall has good job stats, Miami was my dream school, and St. John's is NY area and a decent scholarship. But I am still hopeful for things to come from now until Deposit deadline dates. Thanks!
