Additional info & updates

April 25th:
I NEVER thought in a million years it would happen, based on my mediocre GPA and the fact that it took so long, but I'm in at USD!!! My top choice. I will be attending this fall.

April 5th:
I have decided to attend CalWestern this upcoming year. The scholarship $$$ is too much to ignore, and their P/T day program is ideal for my family's needs.

March 19th:
Received letter from California Western with new scholarship offer, in light of my higher LSAT score. Full tuition & $1000 book stipend for first 3 trimesters, then 1/2 tuition for remaining trimesters provided I maintain an 80.00 or above cumulative GPA, with option of additional scholarship funds ("additional scholarship aid is available for students finishing near the top of their class at the end of the first year").
Still keeping my fingers crossed for USD....

March 3rd:
Thomas Jefferson Scholarship is for all 4 years of P/T, renewable if I remain in the top 1/3 of the class. Got the letter back in early February.
California Western scholarship is $10,000 flat for the first year only. Big disappointment. Got the letter yesterday.
Still holding out for USD. I was able to raise my LSAT score from a 157 in October to a 163 in February. Here's hoping.

Nice scholarship. What type of GPA do you have to maintain to retain the $$?
