Are your scholarships per year?

Hey, I'm also applying to Tulane. On status checker, it just listed that "a decision has been made" on my application. I got pissed because everyone else has been saying that you get an email notifying you of an acceptanace and that it also says you're accepted on status checker. Then I RANDOMLY saw on the top law schools website a post by you where you said that your status said the same thing and then you were admitted. Just in mild freak-out mode and was wondering if you could elaborate on that sequence of events. I'd really appreciate it, thanks!
