Applied really late hence the screwy decisions some places. It probably would have been "accept" at WUSTL and "WL" at Georgetown had I applied earlier. That's just speculation though.

My GPA is pretty bad but it was on a 2.85 curve for all major classes. I also had a death in the family and a major financial catastrophe hit me at the end of my Junior year. I detailed everything in an addendum to the schools.

Needless to say I'm thrilled to be attending Northwestern in the fall. It was my first choice since the beginning and I couldn't be happier.

Hopefully my numbers can bring a bit of hope to some future splitters. Good Luck to everyone.
