Extra Curricular Information

I will leave the timeline to the right up - I know that when I was waiting for acceptances and scholarships, I used to search for when the last cycle's applicants had gotten theirs. Good luck to all of you.

I can't give much advice on getting in outside of get the highest numbers possible and apply as early as you can. In terms of choosing a school, I had a very difficult experience choosing between Cornell, Duke, and NYU. I am a Cornell alum and a native New Yorker that wanted a change from what I knew (hence Duke being in the mix), but ultimately chose NYU over both, and not because of its higher rank. Within the top 14, as long as the school had relatively strong placement in the northeast, ranking was pretty unimportant to me. If you would like advice on the process/choosing a school or would like to hear my rationale for the decision, feel free to PM me.
