Additional info & updates

Made an extra effort to pull in fee waivers (low on cash you see).
Got Boston, Georgetown, USC, and Fordham need-based waivers.
UVA, USD, Mich, Duke, Cornell, Columbia, UCLA, and Loyola were merit, though most offer need-based apps with less rigid reqs than LSAC. So be sure to check it out (:

I applied a bit late by LSN standards, but hopefully I'm as much on track now as possible. Sent quite a few apps...not really sure where I fit yet. Good luck to everyone applying this cycle!

11-15-11: All apps in 'cept Cardozo, NYU, and W&M. Still finishing essays for NYU and W&M, and Cardozo refuses to respond to my pleas for a fee waiver.

12-01-11: NYU app in finally.

12-31-11: First acceptance to Brooklyn Law (2 days ago)!!! Not my top choice necessarily, but I am so excited to have the option to live in NYC if I choose!

1-6-11: Accepted via phone call to UVA! Couldn't be more thrilled and awed. Had no idea what to expect with the T14.
