Working with a bad split. Worked for 2 yrs as a Teacher in an underprivileged area through Teach For America.

I'm hoping the strong Personal Statement and career experience will make up for the poor LSAT score.

All decisions have come from Snail Mail. Hofstra and Seton Hall also came with an email before.

Woohoo! Got into Indiana! I really didn't plan on applying there, but now I'm glad I did.

I'm waiting on the last few.

Finally Heard back from most of the schools. Still seriously waiting on UC Davis and Northwestern.

I've pretty much ruled out that I will be going to either Indiana if I don't get into Northwestern or UC Davis. This waiting is pretty stressful!

Hopefully I'll see some changes by the end of the week.

Hey, It's always great to hear from another CM. Ultimately I decided on Seattle because it just felt like the best fit. I know that's pretty intangible, but of all the schools I visited, Seattle was the only one I could actually picture myself at. The school has a pretty deep rooted commitment to social justice, the facilities are brand new and gorgeous (it's a place I can see myself studying in and not feeling miserable), and it really was the best "middle of the road" school, i.e. they're still ranked, and gave me some money. I reached a point during the application process where I ruled out any school that didn't give me merit based money (I'm paying for law school on my own), then also ruled out any school that isn't ranked. Feel free to read my terribly long rants I just posted to my "additional info" section for more info. I hope that's helpful. Good luck with the rest of your application cycle!
