Won't post dates. Don't want to be outed. I think my numbers are enough info to be helpful. If it helps, I submitted my applications right when they were made available.

I took a calculated risk, as I knew I'd be unhappy at any law school lower than HYS. Luckily, it paid off.

Still waiting on Yale. That would be the absolute dream...

(Won't withdraw from other schools until the admitted student weekends. Want to make absolutely sure Yale is where I want to be, but I'm about 99% sure as it is.)

First, I would like to say congrats on a truly successful cycle. And touche to laying yourself out and only applying to the ominous 3. In response to my peers before me, do not patronize a person who made the decision to be all about work. I would not make that decision, as I am a person who values socializing and building relationships, but I also would not attempt to persecute someone who would. I say, take your own numbers and be happy with them, rather than displaying your envy to a more qualified party.

That's pretty shitty STB and Skadden trolling. You really think they're as good as WLRK? Worth being mentioned in the same sentence? I don't think firms particularly care whether I'm super social or not if I'm coming from Yale. I think I'm good.

i just want to work for a super prestigious firm. A professorship can perhaps be awarded to me after many years of trailblazing in the field? I'm positive I'll develop something as revolutionary as Marty's poison pill.
