@NewYorkApplicant - Haha thanks! I'll try not to give up. My GPA is scored out of 4 and it is from non-US degrees. So I really don't know how law schools or LSAC is treating that. I don't know what to think of my LSAT score at all because I did not study at all. About my LORS, I would say I have decent ones from professors in the UK. I think I did a decent job with the Essay and Resume but maybe the law school thinks otherwise? :D
Congrats on the Syracuse admit and scholarship. Can you give more detail regarding the stipulations? Is the amount per year or total? Is it conditional re class rank or GPA? How were you notified? Thanks and again, congrats!!!
@HouseOrdos - Thank you so much! I will try to answer all your questions but please bear in mind that I applied to Syracuse law for the 2 year JD for foreign-trained lawyers (I attend classes along with 3 year 1L and 2L students and for the third year my foreign law credits carry over). So the information might not be totally relevant for the 3 years JD program. Now, to answer your questions, I am not really sure by what you mean by stipulations? The amount is per year and is conditional of me being able to maintain a certain GPA next year. I was notified by email (the online application status still shows application under review) which had a PDF with details of the acceptance, scholarship and next steps.
Hi! When you applied to Rutgers, do you know if your status changed from complete to "under review?" Or did you get a decision after the status said "complete?" Mine has been complete for months and I'm wondering if it's even under review yet.

also did Touro email you an acceptance letter or they mailed it to you?
THAT9JAGIRL - Touro took a really long time to get back to me. I know another person who had to actually email someone on the admissions team to elicit a response. I received an email with the acceptance letter and other attachements. They did mention that they are sending a package by post as well but I live overseas and it has not arrived yet. If you want the email of the contact person, send me a line.
All the scholarship amount I am posting to my profile is the amount offered to me per year spread over the 3 years of JD.
Did Hofstra offer any Scholarship?
So whatever amount I post, its for 3 years.
Hofstra did not communicate any scholarship amount I might have received via email... Waiting for snail mail. Will update when I get it.
Good luck! You got this. Do not give up. I do not think your GPA or LSAT is so bad. I do not understand why you got rejections. Did you have strong LORS, Essay, Resume? I have similar numbers to you. I am just curious.
