Additional info & updates

I didn't fill out a profile during the cycle because of my tight-lipped disposition. Now that I have decided on pursuing a JD/MBA at Stanford, I wanted to post my information because LSN was enormously helpful when I was figuring out my strategy and goals a couple of years ago. I applied to 8 law schools and 2 business schools, and I have to say that the law school application is much easier with this sort of data. Law school applications tend to concentrate more on numbers, writing ability, and general decency. The business school app, by contrast, is much more arbitrary and unpredictable. So, for law school applicants, I wanted to offer one more data point, albeit belatedly.

The Secret

JQuann: I've noticed you fit into the secret applicant type. Some individuals with similar numbers have spotted acceptances, but a few rare individuals--like you--have acceptances accross the board. There is something the numbers aren't showing, and I was wondering if you would share a little more about your application process. Stanford is my number one choice, and I will be applying next cycle. I have the same class rank--different major--but same type of school. And the LSAT in two weeks will tell the rest of my numbers story. I would appreciate any information you could spare. Thanks.
