2/20/10 - Waitlisted at Creighton. Decision came via thin white envelope (snail mail). The letter said my file was put "on hold" to be reviewed by admissions committee for a second time and that a decision would be rendered by April or May. I changed status on LSN to Waitlisted to reflect the current hold on my file. Letter was dated 02/17/10.

Long story short: I will be participating in Michigan State University School of Law's Legal Education Opportunity (LEO) Program this upcoming summer. Upon succesful completion of the program I will be a 1L at the School of Law. I am still on the waitlist at some great schools; however, I plan on withdrawing my application at these schools afer i succesfully complete the program. I am also sending my seat deposit in to South Carolina to hold my spot just in case I have a last minute change of heart. Even though I don't plan on going there, $500 isn't too bad to hold a spot for a future legal education, right?

hey congrats on Detroit Mercy...just wondering, do you have to complete the summer program or did they give you the full nod into the program?
