Additional info & updates

I wasn't originally going to make an account, but then I realized how useful it is when I was stalking people from the 2006-2007 cycle to see how late they got into Harvard. So I'm making this to give hope to the people in next year's cycle.

I misnumbered a section on my first (December) LSAT and noticed as I was doing the next section, which threw me for that section as well. I wrote an addendum explaining this, and every school but Berkeley agreed to wait to make a final decision until they got my February score. BYU, Berkeley, Vanderbilt and UCLA admitted me with my first score.

Columbia: Sent me a letter warning that I would probably be competing for a waitlist spot if I waited til after the Feb LSAT to go complete. I can't tell you how excited I was to actually get in!!!

NYU: First response after my 175. I was so sure I had waited too long to get in to any of my other schools.
Got a complete email, but my application wasn't actually complete til late Feb.

Harvard: My application technically went complete before my 2nd score, but they said it wasn't really complete when I called.
Toby Stock email: 3/7
TS1: 3/11--A little over 5 mins
TS2: 3/24--I was in a work meeting and forgot to turn my ringer off. I just walked out. Totally worth it!

Georgetown: I actually called them way back when to make sure they'd wait for my February score, so you can imagine how surprised I was to be put on their preferred waitlist Feb 15--a week before my new score came out. Luckily they reconsidered.
1/24: Contacted for an interview
2/3: GULC interview--I thought it went very well. We talked for about 30 mins.
2/15: Preferred waitlist
3/6: Got in

I never got complete emails for some of my schools, but I assume I went complete after my Feb score, which came out on Fri, Feb 21st...Even for my schools where I got a complete email before my Feb score, they said I wasn't actually complete until the last week of Feb when they received my 2nd score.

Decisions...

I think I've narrowed it down to Harvard, Columbia and Berkeley.

BYU

Dont forget BYU! Did you know you've topped their index list on LSN? Come on- Harvard? Please. Never heard of the place. Columbia? Two words: Sin City. Berkeley? ONE word: Democrats. We all know the only reason you're going to law school is so you can find an eternal companion as fast as possible and drop out. BYU. Zion. Think about it.

I knew it

I knew it was you! I'm way happy for you... but slightly sad too... because this means that we most likely won't be at the same law school after all. That is barring a huge miracle.
