Additional info & updates

Strong letters of recommendation. 1 from Professor, 1 from Division Chief of my Department, 1 from attorney with whom I have worked part time. Might retake LSAT if applications to three Oregon schools fall through and apply earlier next year.

Feel as though personal statement is strong and so is work history. 10 years in same career with distinguished service.

Took undergrad course this summer and was highest grade in course.

Hoping that strong work history and recent academic achievement will balance weak GPA and average LSAT.

Best of luck to all--this waiting is not a whole lot of fun, heh?

Excited to "Know" I will be attending law school. Still waiting for Lewis and Clark--which would be an absolute thrill. Wishing that I sent more applications out--but reminding myself that I would love to stay in Oregon. Just saw that my application is complete at Lewis and Clark, will be watching the mail incessantly now...would be a miracle...and I wouldn't mind a bit. Wishing I could share this all with Mom...I know she's smiling.
