Anyone know if it is possible to use scholarship offers to lobby for in-state tuition?

if you're not a liberal, CUNY might be a terrible choice for you.

because Cuny's the most liberal school, both administration and student body. If you really don't care, then great. But if that's something that can possibly bother you, you should look elsewhere. I've heard stories of conservatives and even moderates be annoyed going to that school because they're super liberal.
