Patty Cake, Heard from Buffalo via email 12/14 (sent logon info) and last week received the packet in the mail. Saw you're waitlisted at Tulane. Good luck! I applied forever ago and have yet to hear anything... despite my boss being an influential alum who put in a good word :(
Congrats on the 2 acceptances already! Quinnipiac has a good reputation where I'm from. Quinnipiac and CUNY are both Tier 1 Top 150 law schools as of the 2014 US News World Report. Here is to many more acceptances! Waiting is not easy, however, it can be if you do it right.
congrats on QU , they gave you more money then me, lsat is everything, Im going to visit CUNY soon , I got accpeted as well, My heart is set on Syracuse but I got no money from them. Good luck with the rest of your cycle, I am going to follow you because we applied to some schools together.
I think CUNY will be the one for me at the end of the day.

How quickly after your interview did they get back to you?
You DID REALLY well on that FEB LSAT!!!! Northeastern emailed me (not personally) just like a picture email to let me know they didn't forget about my application and will give a decision as soon as possible LOL. Amazing job on that LSAT! Dang I bet Fordham is kicking itself now. HAHA! You got this! Northeastern is going to take you, you're in your prime! WOO!

Loserslose, not sure what you mean - I updated my applications and I've been accepted with scholarships to plenty of schools I want to attend, including 2 of my very top choices. Koolcid74 thank you, I'm very excited!
On Northeastern and UConn! Are you leaning towards Northeastern? I'm thinking I may settle on Brooklyn.
Yeah I definitely had my hopes up for Northeastern. You won't hate it. Boston is 2nd to none, and you can't beat a 10 minute walk to Fenway! I'm surprised you haven't gotten off the waitlist to Brooklyn with your new score. That doesn't add up.
UConn isn't really a top choice of mine currently, but a scholarship offer may change that! I'm leaning towards Brooklyn or American right now. I got a decent grant award for both.

I hope so...it would be sooo much easier for me and cheaper too. I sent in my deposit last week to Quinnipiac and they have gotten all of the finance stuff mostly completed and sent to me. They are amazingly efficient. Are you psyched for UCONN?? I think you will really like the area.
It's kind of nice to have decisions made, at least. I was really disappointed to withdraw from NUSL, but honestly I'm kind of glad I didn't have to choose... Narrowing it down now...
Yeah, QU's admissions team is awesome. They put together a great visit for admitted students, too. I'm 90% sold on UConn, but I'm waiting for responses to a couple of scholarship increase requests from NY schools. It would be awesome to not make my family move, even if UConn is my first choice. Also, I forgot to list a school I haven't heard back from, adding it now. Hoping I hear back soon...
That's cool. More money saved is of course a huge factor. And saving the cost of the move and all the added stuff that goes along with it has to be a prime motivator as well. It's coming down to the wire :-) You'll know very shortly and I am sure your whole family is excited.
Ummmm... I think my husband will be glad to never have another conversation comparing law schools ever again... :-) He is actually pretty psyched about Hartford, and he applied for a job nearby that he's excited about. Like I said, 90% sold.
How did you hear about the scholarship for American? Are any of your schools above for a part-time program?

I am leaning towards CUNY - has a strong immigration program. I have a private sector work background though, so I hope that doesn't look like I'm not interested or cannot be devoted to public service.
So is UConn the winner?
I got an extension from Brooklyn and Catholic due to an interview with Brooklyn for the Sparer Fellowship. I'm also still waiting on Seton Hall of course, so I think I'll make a deposit this week (dependent upon the results of my interview) then just wait out Seton Hall.

Thanks Pattycake! I believe it remained complete the entire decision process, followed by a email stating a decision was rendered. I then checked status checker and it tells you the decision and it gives you a link to your acceptance and scholarship letter. I hope this helps and good luck !
