Updates:
2/25/09 - Received a phone call from UCLA Dean of Admissions with great news... Acceptance letter is in the mail! Now I have to make a brutal decision: UCLA or NYU.

2/12/09 - Received acceptance letter from U of Michigan. I'm very flattered and proud but I honestly can't imagine living in Michigan again. It's a pretty boring state!

1/31/09 - Received acceptance letter from Hofstra with a scholarship of $105,000 ($35K each year). A very nice handwritten letter was also attached to my acceptance letter. While the letter was thoughtful, it left me with a bad impression of Hofstra as the person who wrote the letter spelled the word "medal" as m-e-t-a-l.

1/30/09 - Accepted to U of San Francisco. Still waiting on any scholarship information. I have to admit, this one was a little less exciting after my acceptance to NYU.

1/26/09 - What an amazing day! Received a letter from U of San Diego informing me that I've been awarded a 3-year, full tuition Dean's Outstanding Scholar award plus an $8,000 a year living stipend. But more importantly, I also got the big envelope from NYU! I'm still in disbelief.

1/18/09 - Received acceptance letters from Loyola Law School, U of San Diego, and Southwestern Law today. Scholarships from Loyola and Southwestern. Scholarship notification from U of San Diego comes seperate from acceptance letter. Keeping my fingers crossed.

1/08/09 - First acceptance! Baylor Law with a Dean's Full-Tuition Three-Year Scholarship. Just have to maintain above a 2.0 GPA. I heard the first acceptance feels great, but this is bordering on euphoria!
