Hoping to raise my score in December to a 157. If I'm not in that range I'm going to strongly consider waiting an additional semester after undergrad to take it a 3rd time. Was an honor roll student in high school that scored well enough on the ACT (25 composite) to get a full ride, threw that away after 2 years in college. I've bounced back a little since and I'm hoping to update GPA after I've completed my final two semesters. Just wanting to give some hope to anyone else in my situation and get a better idea of whether or not I stand any chance at getting into T1/T2 school (top 100) or T3/4 with significant scholarship from lsat score. I'm not the same person I was when I was 18 or 19. I don't feel entitled to anything. I know the reality of my chances on getting into a decent school, but also know my own abilities and I'm going to put everything I have into this. Good luck to everyone in this years cycle!

Well, not that unsolicited because you did ask a bit. Take a year or two off. Work as a legal assistant doing public interest stuff. See how that goes (and what it's like to work for a nonprofit on a nonprofit salary with student loans). Then re-take the LSAT and re-start this process. It'll be easier then, too (I definitely would not have had the diligence to study for the LSAT when I was in undergrad). Even knowing I want to go into public interest myself, I don't think I'd put the time, money (because money is involved, even if you get a full ride), effort, or opportunity cost into a school that's unranked. And, check out the LST scores of those schools. It's brutal out there, trying to find employment. With or without a JD. http://www.lstscorereports.com/
