OK, so with NW, did they mention how long it takes for them to send out their status checker info/complete email? If not, I'd skip calling the interviewer for now and call NW directly to ask if they've received all your materials.
UCLA is strange. No status checker, weird emails, etc. I don't get them. I'm sure you'll at least hear from them pretty quickly. I hope things pick up soon because I'm getting anxious (though I have no business to be since I've already got options)!

Don't worry. I haven't heard from UVA either and our complete dates are only a day apart. No stress :) You'll probably hear from UVA by mid-month. My completely random guess is that you'll hear from UVA, UCLA, and UT before the new year.
