Thank you for the congrats! I focused my personal statement on a few components:
1. My personal background (challenges and disadvantages that I've overcome)
2. My reasons for wanting to study law
3. My career and academic ambitions related to the study of law.
4. My interest in attending the law school I applied to (student organizations, diversity, clinics, specific courses, and concentrations)

I tied all of that into an argument of why I have the aptitude for the study of law, and the capabilities to be one of the best students at a given law school. vandonson

Congratulations! Excellent job! You are really deserving! If I were you, I'd take my butt straight to Loyola! You're in full-time or part-time? vandonson

I'm accepted in Loyola's FTD program. My support team is now claiming I'm moving to Chicago instead of DC.

With my LSAT score :0{ Loyola is hard to top unless UF surprises me :o) On the plus side, I was forced to deliver on my PS.

This is getting interesting, hehe!! Accepted2010
You're Welcome! Saturday, February 20th, 2010 at 6:17 pm
Well that's just great!! People should never underestimate the power of a personal statement; it really can bring wonders to an applicant's file. Again, congratulations.

I don't blame you for considering HU, if they come through (especially with money). You should definitely have a tough decision to make when all is said and done. But don't be afraid to put down a deposit if a school is taking too long to make up their mind. vandonson
