Additional info & updates

I assume that HYS and Boalt are dramatically unlikely, but with a solid LSAT I thought it couldn't hurt to give them a shot. CCN are (I've been told) somewhat realistic, and Georgetown should be an easy admit.

All this, however, is based on googling other people with similar scores; I'd definitely appreciate more advice, especially regarding potentially applying ED to Columbia.

Lastly, I realize it's somewhat ridiculous to apply to only extremely competitive schools, but I'm doing this as a career move and I've been repeatedly advised that if I don't attend such an institution, there are better uses of my time (plus, my firm will be less likely to help financially). Hopefully that doesn't seem too jerk-like!

Nothing ridiculous about applying to top schools, man. You have the stats for it. You're definitely going to get a good spread of admissions this cycle; I'd estimate at least 50% of these schools are admitting or WL->admittingyou. Don't ED to Columbia (I think this window has already passed though?), it provides no meaningful bump to admissions and loses you any leverage in scholarship negotiations. Plus NYU and Georgetown are not unlikely to throw money at you for your stats, and you wouldn't want to cut yourself off from potentially better deals. No excuses for yourself. Let's kill this cycle, brother.

Also, in case you aren't aware, here's a MyLSN number crunch for how candidates with your stats did in the last two cycles (2011 and 2012): http://myLSN.info/c61282_1-14.jpg You've got this.
