Additional info & updates

I really cut it close with application deadlines. I had intended to retake the LSAT in February and get my applications in much earlier however some personal issues derailed me for a while.

I am really surprised at the quick response I got from Hamline. They offered me a 65% merit scholarship that is renewable all three years provided I keep a 2.0 or higher, which seems kind of lax, but I'll take it!

I found out through the status checker that I was admitted to William Mitchell, which was more of a safety school for me. I am still waiting on the packet to come in the mail.

I also found out yesterday (4/9) that Drake has made a decision on my app and I should expect to find out via mail within the week.

4/10:Got the packet from William Mitchell offering me a 65% scholarship. There was also a handwritten note saying how the admissions committee appreciated my "heartfelt" personal statement. That made my day.
