Additional info & updates

Expect a big report after decision is made...in mean time, trying to figure which route to take.

Route 1:
Undecided between Gonzaga and Willamette. GU seems the better school in terms of quality, but both are similar in terms of student body, area located in, smallness. GU does have a bit more amenities on campus though, particularly re athletics (bball funds, I guess). Student life is probably a little better at GU too.

Whichever one I go to, I will likely try to transfer out to a better school after 1L, Seattle or UW ideally.

Upon return to Canada, will have to spend a year-plus doing upgrades with NCA in order to practice in Canada. That is, if I desire a career practicing. I am quite open to and interested in a non-traditional law career...

Route 2:
MSU has a joint program with UOttawa which I find very attractive. It begins after 1L so will be 4 years total to get JD & LLB. Downside: 4 years of MSU tuition will mean $160,000 cost of law school. Scholarship would've been nice. Upside: get Canadian and US degree.

Still waiting to see if accepted in to UDM's 3 year joint JD/LLB program with U of Windsor. Only 3 years to get both degree's.

Any advice?
