3-25-09 - Waitlisted (surprisingly) at W&M. I will remain on the wait list. While I realize the likelihood of being offered admission is slim, if they did happen to accept me I would go there.

3-19-09 - Mailed in my first deposit to Pitt.

1-15-09 - Rejection from Temple officially arrived in the mail.

1-13-09 - Rejected from Temple. Online status checker read "Decision has been made on application." From all the blogs I've read this solidly indicates a rejection. I'll confirm when I receive my letter in the mail. I am disappointed, but if anything this makes my decision much easier (as the likelihood of admittance to W&M is virtually nil). I will almost surely be attending Pitt in the fall.

1-6-09 - Application complete at W&M. Kind of surprised it took nearly a month for my app to go complete, especially since all my information with the LSAC was up-to-date. Oh well.

12-18-08 - Received acceptance to Pitt Law. It came through the mail in a business envelope (definitely threw me off at first...I was convinced it was a rejection letter!). It's a HUGE relief to get Pitt under my belt - it was my top pick coming into this cycle. Now we'll just have to see how Temple and W&M turn out.

12-15-08 - Decided to throw in an application to William & Mary. It's definitely a reach, but it's one of the few top schools in my price range. I don't want any 'what if' thoughts when this cycle is over, so I may toss an application to another Tier 1 as well. Any thoughts?

12-10-08 - Received acceptance to University at Buffalo with $9,000 scholarship over three years. It came through the mail in a big envelope.

10-31-08 - Application off to University at Buffalo. Still not sure where else I'm going to apply.

10-30-08 - Applications sent to Temple and Pitt.
