sorry about the ding. i'm waiting on a letter from them myself and i don't feel so hot about it. can you tell me what you're gpa is and what state you live in? also, if its not too much, did you apply full time or part time? sorry for the all the questions but i'm bugging out over here! good luck on the rest of your apps!!!
just wondering what you gpa is - what work/life experience do you have to get into SHU?
What I can say about the waitlist is that I sent a continued letter of interest every 2-3 weeks (so maybe 2 or 3 times since being informed I was on the WL)...I applied to and was accepted into the part time evening program. my status is now updated to final decision sent out ..let me know if you have anymore questions...and good luck!!
I found out about being waitlisted at TJSL in early march i would say...but I was actually on "priority hold"...so I set up a tour and sat in on a class and sat down with an admissions rep...sent continued letter of interest...and in about early or mid may was informed that i was accepted...
Apparently I am also headed there this fall... are you PT or FT??? I am FT.... :) Congrats.
I found an excuse to call every couple of weeks and sent a letter of continued interest every 2-3 weeks (sent two total)...I also went to visit the school and mentioned my visit in the first letter...let me know if you have any other questions...

Yes I am from the area... not Koreatown, but the L.A. area :) Congrats on getting off the waitlist!!! And yes we might end up in some ECs together :)
