I'm staying on BC's waitlist (and others) because I'm curious about the process. I like the schools, too, and would consider attending if the offer was made early enough (and with money...). To that end, I believe that SOME waitlisted people do get money--but I assume it's rare.

As for Washington and Lee, near the beginning of the cycle, I thought that I would apply there but as I did some research, it just didn't feel like the place for me. It's a great school, I know, but something about it struck me as being "not a good fit" for me. Looking at the money they're throwing around, it may have been wise to apply for leveraging purposes, but I promised myself that I'd only apply to schools that I would consider attending...

Yeah, I'm with you on Iowa. It's interesting, but they need to offer some serious money to remain in the game for me.

I mailed my waitlist form to BC today. I still really like that school. What'd you decide to do?

I'm not really sure what's going on with Iowa--I Emailed them a little bit ago and they said that I was being "considered" for a scholarship but that they were really slow in coming this year...I'm hoping to hear from them soon, though, because I'm getting ready to start making decisions!

Congrats on your acceptances so far--though I must say that I'm shocked about Indiana! Either way, it's clear you'll have a good choice to make in the end.
