Additional info & updates

3/3/10: Accepted at Seton Hall via snail mail! Now it's time to decide where to attend...

2/22/10: Waitlisted at Brooklyn Law School today via snail mail.

2/19/10: Waitlisted at St. John's via snail mail today. I also received my official packet in the mail from Rutgers-Newark. Doesn't look like a scholarship is happening but the in-state tuition will be a nice break.

2/15/10: Received an email from Rutgers-Newark that I've been accepted! I'm keeping my fingers crossed about a potential scholarship.

2/11/10: Denied at Fordham via status checker. Figured this would happen so I'm not really disappointed! I really would like some news on my other apps though. I'm getting antsy!

2/1/10: Received my scholarship info from Hofstra. $25,000 per year. Must stay within the top 40% of my class to keep the full amount.

1/29/10: Received official acceptance letter from Hofstra. They included a handwritten note about my application which I thought was a nice touch!

1/25/10: In at Hofstra via status checker! Waiting to see if there will be any scholly info to follow...

1/22/10: Received my scholarship letter from NYLS in the mail today! $20,000 per year Trustee Scholarship. 3.35 GPA to renew the full amount. I can still receive some scholarship money as long as my GPA remains above a 3.10.

1/15/10: Admitted to New York Law School with scholarship via status checker. Still waiting on the details of the scholarship but excited to have my first acceptance!!! I'm officially going to law school! :)

I applied for the January Alternative Entry Program. They notified me that I was waitlisted on 12/16 and then ultimately rejected on 1/12. Both updates were via email.

congrats!

Hi! I went into the Committee review status on around 1/18 (give or take a day or two). I then saw they updated the status checker to "Accepted" on 1/25 and received an email within a few hours of the update.

Congrats!

Congrats on your cycle so far! I can't believe you have been waiting for two months. I just submitted my apps at the end of January and the waiting is already driving me crazy! Good luck on the rest of your cycle!
