5/10/09 Withdrew from VT-painful as I really wanted to go through their environmental program but with a family in ME had no choice. Dropping seat deposit off at ME tomorrow. Good luck to the WLs at VT. Cycle finally done and looking forward to tackling that reading list.
5/4/09 Waitlisted at Quinnipiac-withdrew-cycle complete-deciding between Maine and VT. Will decide by the weekend to free-up spot at one of these schools for someone else-trying not to clog up the process. Good luck to everybody.
4/20/09 Admitted to RW with large envelope-did not receive phone call as some Admits on this site state they did. In off waitlist at Maine via status checker.

4/12/09 Withdrew from NYLS-really would have liked to attend but with a family in ME could not make it work. Looks like seat deposit to VT this week. Looking forward to the end of the process and VT's environmental program in the fall.
3/20/09 Accepted at NYLS thick standard envelope. I like this program and enjoy having a choice, although still limited, of schools now. Still deciding on best fit.
3/16/09 Withdrew from Hofstra waitlist. After being accepted at Vermont and waitlisted at Maine Hofstra was off my list. I hope this helps somebody out-good luck to everybody else on their WL.
2/24/09 Rejected at NE. Small very thin envelope. I really liked this school-disappointed.
2/17/09 Rejected Franklin Pierce small envelope. Surprised as this school is closer to my raw numbers than some other schools. Looking like I was lucky to get into Vermont.
2/14/09 Large envelope from NE today. Very excited-opened it and saw the words "We are pleased to"-high hopes-"learn of your interest in NE"-blurb for their coop program. Do they sit around and think about how to mess with applicants. A large envelope from law school should mean only one thing. Still waiting-happy valentines day to all.
2/12/09 Columbia asked for more information on my app. It was already listed as complete. Feel like it is a waste of time to spend effort on an application that will almost without question be rejected. Although they claim to view the entire app.-it appears that only includes the entire ones with LSATs of 170 . Will probably send it anyway-I am a dreamer.
2/11/09 Waitlisted at Hofstra-nice personal letter not like standard form letters usually relaying waitlist. Also received a letter asking me to apply for health law fellowship for accepted students. Received letter a week after status checker went blank.
2/9/09 Letter from VT awarding 10,000 year public service scholarship.
2/2/09 Accepted at Vermont large envelope. Already knew I was in as I was admitted during interview with Dean of Admissions on 1/27/09.
12/29/08 Waitlisted Maine, Early Decision, status checker. Waitlisted here last year until two weeks before classes started. Kind of disappointing as this is hometown school and was so close last year.
Congrats on getting in to NYLS. I've heard their grads have great opportunities and comparable salaries to those graduating from higher-ranked NY schools.
