-Second application for all but Chicago. Since first cycle, 1 year at a law firm and 1 year studying abroad. Higher LSAT as well.

-MSt. from Oxford in Modern History, 2005

-Initially deferred from Early Action at NYU in mid-December. Moved to waitlist in early April.

-Sent deposit to Penn in early May, though avidly pursued Harvard from "hold" position.

-Moved from Harvard "hold" to Harvard waitlist in early May.

-8/9: After multiple letters "re-waitlist" me at Columbia, receive a rejection letter with invitation to seek transfer admission for next year.

-8/10: Harvard calls to confirm my interest and determine ease of transition to Cambridge. Call back on 8/11 with admissions offer. Immediately agree to attend. Got loaded.
