Additional info & updates

*Scholarships are by the year. Renewable with good grades, etc.

03-09-09 Lewis and Clark sends big envelope. A letter inside the package (besides the congrats one) says they have run out of scholarship money and if I'm still interested to let them know at the end of April and they'll "see what [they] can do."

03-11-09 Receive e-mail from UNM putting me on the listserv for admitted students-- I guess I'm in?!

03-13-09 Receive small envelope from UNM. It's an acceptance. Nothing re: Financial Aid/Scholarships.

03-23-09 Waitlist e-mail from UC Hastings. I wasn't expecting to get in, but was hoping for something a bit more definitive.

03-27-09 In at Davis via Status Checker. I'll hear about money (doubtful) when I get the packet. Very excited!

04-11-09 Dinged at USC. Eh. Couldn't really see myself down there anyway. Funny thing, they sent the rejection to my permanent address despite the fact that they e-mailed me to ask how long I'd be at my current address and everything. Weird. And obviously displaying a lack of organization.

04-15-09 Dinged at UC Irvine. Surprise, surprise.

04-16-09 Dinged at Boston College. Good thing I had no intention of attending.

Congrats! Any word on $$ from Davis? I tried to get some and they said they were out. Sorry about UCLA, I understand the pain of a high gpa/low lsat splitter.
