georgetown acceptance came in today.... less than 3 weeks after i submitted my materials. gotta say- was about to cry cause i thought it was a rejection when i saw the small envelope- but it was tears of joy instead of depression when it turned out to be an acceptance. YES!
why did you apply?
well- ave maria offered me a full ride, waived app fee, and a stipend... they also offered to fly me out and pay for a visit. no real consideration of going. more of an ego booster i guess (as bad as that sounds....) it does have a great regional reputation though. just a nice option.
usd official acceptance package came today.... with a full scholarhip offer and a 14k/ year stipend... hmm...
Confused about your UC Hastings $$, since no offers that big were made.
umm.. well, i have no idea. the acceptance came with a 24k/ year for 3 years offer (provided i maintain a 3.0 gpa)... i don't know how else to explain it?
