Just so you know, Chinese is not considered an under represented minority and will not give you an admissions boost. It will likely not harm you either, but it certainly will not help. I hope you did not report to law schools that you are a URM, because that would be technically false. You will likely have a great cycle anyway, due to your great numbers.
