Barry said sure, and offered $8k a year if I maintain a 2.8 gpa. 8k a year makes their tuition right at the full amount the FED lets you borrow a year, $18,500. Hmm...

I'm waiting on Syracuse, its my #1 anyway, but so expensive. Only reason I applied to Memphis was the in-state status and cost. I hope Syracuse lets me in! I'm praying!

6-1 : I was told over the phone that I was on the wait list, just yesterday. They called today and said I'm in! Such a relief. Have not received financial aid letter yet...probably won't be offered much this late in the game, but I'm just happy I got in! Syracuse, here I come!

Called several times..still reviewing. Peeps with similar numbers have been waitlisted. Was told they take the highest LSAT...works in my favor! Fingers are crossed and prayers have been said...over and over!

Hey there. Just wanted to hear any thoughts you had on Barry. I visited and really enjoyed it, if they just get full accred I'd be 100%. Any chance you'd end up there? Thanks and good luck with everything.

I visited Barry in October. I love the facilities and everyone seemed nice. The Accreditation issue does give me concern. Its an expensive school to not be guaranteed you\\\'ll be a graduate of an accredited ls. Plus..its so new, no one in the profession knows much about it. Makes it hard to tranfer out and get jobs regardless of class rank. There\\\'s still a possibility I\\\'ll be there in the fall. But I\\\'m holding out for Syracuse!

YES! Finally. I called them yesterday and they told me I had been placed on the wait list. They called me back this morning 6-1 to tell me that a seat was available and I had been ACCEPTED! Now I just have to figure out how to pay for it! Any help on law school money would be great and those of you attending in the fall, I'm looking forward to hearing from you and meeting you.
