I'm making this profile public now that my cycle is over. I hope it will be helpful for splitters like me who may otherwise be discouraged from applying to some of the top schools. I think my undergraduate institution and work experience helped a lot in getting me into schools that were huge reaches for my numbers, as did a pretty focused personal statement that showed I've really thought about the decision to apply to law school. Finally, I applied in mid- to late-September for most schools, and I am positive that made a big difference in WHEN I heard back, if not my results.
