Graduated 8/05, currently working as firm clerk at small civil defense law firm, applying last minute just for the hell of it, i think going anywhere for a year and busting ass and transferring out is a better option than waiting around for another year to start, any thoughts on other places i should apply? if it doesn't work out, im going to apply again for spring 07 and if that doesn't work then again for fall 07

Very strong upward trend in grades (2.4 - 3.2 - 3.4 - 4.0); changed majors after freshman year (pre-med to LAS -- thus the jump from 2.4 to 3.2!!); Latin Ameican Studies is very strong program at UT (#1 program in the country -- nationally recognized)

other rec's for special honors = 3.0+ GPA, 3.5+ GPA in major (mine=3.86), 2 semesters of honors courses in research/writing

University Honors: dean's list last 2 semesters

LSAT = blows

did Princeton Review again, last 3 diagnostic exams = 160+, took Feb. test, got 150
don't know what happened -- I hadn't made less than a 153 since my first practice exam ever -- oh well
