*graduate degree
*over 2 years WE
*multiple LSAT scores ( about a 10 point difference, but also a few years between the scores)
*lots of volunteer experience and held leadership positions in on campus groups (honestly, I doubt adcoms care...)
*very cute (sent in photo to get off ND WL)

Additional info & updates

*I'm releasing this since my application cycle is over. I'd suggest that if you are applying for the class of '13 to hide your profile, or omit your stats, until your cycle is over. Why worry about adcoms watching when you have enough stress to deal with?

*Scholarship amounts are for 3 years.

*I received an lsac fee waiver and every school I applied to also took it (I did get a lot of 'regular' fee waivers too). I had about 14 reports in my account (since I registered for the lsat more than once...or twice...). That is why I applied to so many schools (they were free!). If you ask anyone that has applied to law school, almost everyone says they applied to too many schools. This is 100% true. I applied to schools based on where my, then current, SO was applying. In all, apply to schools that you actually want to go to or that will give you a lot of money (see below).

*Scholarship negotiation works if you have a bargaining chip. I got a great offer from Iowa that I used to up Illinois which, in turn, I used to up WUSTL (yes, that cruddy amount was actually increased from 5k a year). If you have the extra cash (or get free application fees!) apply to schools that you think you can get a good amount of money from and set up a domino effect with scholarships.

*my LORs were several years old (from UG). I didn't want to bother any of my graduate profs for new ones (honestly, the new letters would have been better recs). I don't know if this hurt me, obviously.

*I applied pretty late...

Surprises:
*A flat out BC rejection. I actually meant to apply to BU with my last free lsac report but ended up applying to BC. As you can imagine, I wasn't too upset with the news, but a bit surprised since they are mid 20s.

*'Hold list' at WUSTL. I figured I would be admitted RD. The WL might have been avoided by applying earlier. Who knows?

*L&C coming in at 10k a year is a bit LOL to me...

*Rejection from Harvard. Oh wait...I didn't apply to Harvard...
