Extra Curricular Information

3+ years of working as a legal assistant/paralegal at a few different law firms.

Worked full-time all throughout my undergrad and while I self-studied for LSAT. My first two years in college were pretty rough because I went to a community college where attendance was basically mandatory, and due to my work schedule I missed a lot of classes and got low grades. When I transferred to a university, I got essentially straight A's. Unfortunately, LSAC's calculations seem to give much more weight to low grades.

Tons of volunteer work.

Additional info & updates

Accepted to W&L with a $45,000.00 scholarship. Pleasantly surprised especially considering their jump from #40 to #28 in the U.S. News rankings. They are also offering to fly me out to Virginia for free so that I can attend an open house.

Waitlisted at Ohio State and "priority waitlist" at Colorado Boulder.

Waitlisted at University of Utah.
