I worked roughly about 30+ hours a week during undergrad. I got a concussion that put me out of class for 3 weeks my first semester of college, this may have impacted my grades the rest of the semester and year.

The summer before my sophomore year I got diagnosed with ADHD.

I took the February LSAT waiting on my score before applying to schools, is this a mistake?

you should definitely submit your applications and then request that they withhold admission decision until your FEB scores come back. Getting the app in allows them to start their process, though.
