Hey man, good luck. I applied late too and am just hoping for the best. Cheers. :)

Thanks

And I'm glad to see you applied! They're accepting all the 3.1 indexers that I've seen so far, especially those with higher LSATs (they are loving the higher LSATs this cycle). Good luck! I think you have a great chance.

Good luck!

I'm glad to see someone who applied later than I did. :) I'm crossing my fingers for you! I have similar numbers and got into GW, so I think you have a good shot! Best wishes!

Thanks!

Thank you and good luck. Expect an acceptance and money from GW. You're applying a little late, but they've been giving out tons of cash based primarily on LSAT scores. Yours is exactly what they want.

Ha!

My fiance would be pissed if I found a new boyfriend...and on this site, of all places. lol. But thanks for the valentine's day good cheer! GM is not so bad for a liberal - don't worry. I have several dem friends there and they aren't pulling their hair out. Although, I work for republicans and have kind of gotten past personal beliefs while in a professional environment. I'm sure you'll do just fine! Good luck! AL

No problem

Hope it helps! I agree with alarue1125 -- dems are definitely not dying there. And I actually thought it might be really cool to be challenged for once on liberal-leaning beliefs... college was a bit of a bubble that way! PS, feel free to delete the comment with the links -- I noticed it is kind of breaking the webpage by making it so wide the ads interere. Oops! I should've used tinyurl.com.

Good luck

Miami
Wednesday, November 15 2006 at 07:00 PM

Miami's awesome. It's easily my favorite city in the US. I agree, I think UM missed on me, but that's their problem. You're a shoe-in at that school and you can expect a lot of merit $$. You're gonna have some awesome options, my man. I hope you manage to get yourself into DC. Though I recognize Miami as the best America's got, I am smitten with the District. Good luck!

GWU vs. BU
Thursday, October 26 2006 at 08:00 PM

Another down-to-the wire applicant...I was the same way. You know, I haven't done enough definitive research. But they are very closely ranked (and, in the '06 rankings they were ranked the same). Are you interested in a specific area of law?

IP
Thursday, October 26 2006 at 08:00 PM

Well, if you're interested in IP, GW is supposed to have one of the top few programs in the country...but the BU program sounds interesting as well. It's a tough decision, hopefully one that you'll have to make!

Hey
Tuesday, December 05 2006 at 07:00 PM

Thanks for the congrats. I know a 3L from Miami Law who has had no problem with finding a job in the area, so I wouldn't be too worried if you went there. As for me, I'm debating the IU $ vs. the availability of the DC market with American. Leaning towards IU but also still holding out hope for the WashU waitlist. Not optomistic though, so it will likely be Bloomington in the fall. Good luck to you!

you enjoy myself
Wednesday, February 21 2007 at 07:00 PM

I wish I was at Big Cypress, or at least that I could get my hands on a soundboard-quality recording. I also found GMU's arlington campus unacceptable, completely different than their main UG campus. W&M is beautiful and charming but after 4 years I am ready to get out of the 'burg. Wake is looking more and more like where I'm going to end up, even if I get off the bittersweet motel at GW, if Wake throws any decent amount of money my way it'll be hard to say no. Anyway, "when the only tool you have is a hammer..."

congratz on ASU

Good job on your accepts thus far. For what it's worth, I would jump at George Mason (if GW doesn't pull through). I was rejected but I'm waiting "patiently" for ASU. Do you mind if I ask what they extended the deadline to?
