Im officially Cambridge-bound! Im hoping with all my heart that not *everyone* at HLS is a super-genius, and that I won't end graduating at the very bottom of my class.

(04/28) I withdrew from everywhere except HLS, and thus wrapped up my cycle. Good luck to everyone whos still waiting!!

(04/01) Rejected by Stanford and Yale sometime in March, I forget when. Oh, well

(03/28) Waitlisted at UVa. The letter says to set up an interview if Im still interested, buteh. After 9 months of law school admissions crap, Im too worn out to do another interview. Well, okay, the only interview Ive had is the TS1, but that was stressful enough.

(03/04) Cornell!!

(02/26) Got the HLS binder! Inside the flap is a letter with my email account and login info. I have successfully logged on to my account. Even I have a hard time believing that a joke could be this elaborate, so Im just going to accept that I've been accepted They like me! They really, really like me!

(02/24) Chicago!! If that HLS acceptance turns out to be a joke (or a horrible mistake), at least I have other options.

(02/16) Major insecurity attack. Maybe that email yesterday was part of a cruel joke, and I actually havent been accepted. Its one of those too good to be true things. Im not believing a word of it until I get that red binder. Althoughhow hard would it be for a couple of pranksters to get a red binder, print HLS on it and fill it with fake admissions material?

(02/15) Harvard!!! Yahhhhhhh!!! An e-mail acceptance from TS. What I would give to take the rest of the day off to celebratebut, unfortunately, duty calls. The office phones arent gonna answer themselves.

(02/09) A deferral from UMich. I choose to believe that this non-acceptance (along with Penn's) is because I didn't write any why us's, rather than from a lack of merit on my part. Don't judge me, my fantasy world has helped me more than you'll ever know.

(02/07) My winning streak ends today with a WL from Penn. Cockily enough I was hoping for a sweep, but at least it's not an outright rejection. And yes, I'm doing the sour grapes thing ("i wouldn't have gone anyway.").

(02/05) TS1. Yeeks. I keep remembering this one answer i gave TS, and it makes me cringe every time. Gahhhhh. I shouldn't be allowed to talk. I wonder how that would work out--maybe I could be a new kind of lawyer who never talks and communicates with flash cards.

(01/23) So far have been accepted to 5 schools, 2 of which were among my top 5 contenders. Pretty damn happy, but I'm still waiting for one of the Holy Trinity.
