I would have thought that Texas Tech would give more money. Your above their 75% number. Maybe not a good donor base.

@longhorns12 : Yeah, Tech disappointed me too. They upped it to $7500 later, but that just won't cut it. @windmarkbob: Washburn made about as good an offer as they could, considering they also offered to drop my tuition to in-state rates (resulting in a net "full ride").
