Undergraduate research grant, co-author of textbook chapter, multiple professional conference presentations, multiple paid research positions in undergrad, teaching assistant, deans list, volunteer/fundraiser for Autism Speaks, and honor society board member.

1/9 - Acceptance - McGeorge - I received a packet in the mail from McGeorge. $18k a year scholarship, renewable with top 1/3rd. Books paid for first year, priority for on-campus housing.

1/25 - Acceptance - University of San Francisco -"decision rendered" via status checker (no e-mail) on 1/22. Snail mail packet 1/26 with scholarship and acceptance, $26k first-year, non-renewable.

1/25 - Acceptance - University of San Diego (my hometown!) - via snail mail, large white envelope (although not that much stuff in it). No mention of scholarship.

2/3 - Acceptance - Loyola Law - via snail mail, decision on 2/1. Says I have no scholarship...which, not to sound entitled or anything, but I kinda expected a little something.

2/4 - Acceptance - Santa Clara - via snail mail, decision 2/2. Emery merit scholarship of $4k.

2/11 - Rejection - Illinois - via e-mail this morning. I was at 25% for LSAT and over 75% for GPA, so I thought I had a shot at WL. Oh well, I'll get a handful more of these, so I suppose getting the first one out of the way had to happen.

2/12 - Acceptance - Northeastern - Decision via status checker 2/10, snail mail, no scholarship.

2/15 - Waitlist - Cardozo - Through e-mail today, asking for a response if you'd like to remain on the waitlist - I responded. First one, let's see how it goes.

2/19 - Rejection - George Mason - This is a fee-waiver driven app in late January. I thought their 25th% LSAT was below 160, but I'm seeing different numbers. Obviously I underestimated. This doesn't bode well for any T1 acceptances (even though it's an arbitrary cut-off).

2/26 - Accepted - Golden Gate University - In via snail mail (no status checker). $30k/year faculty scholarship, and $5k/year public interest scholars program ($35k/year total). Also to honors lawyering program.
