you've got to apply to Northwestern with your second LSAT score! C'mon dude...
moskvich78, thanks for the support. I'll have to give it some thought :)
Congrats on ASU! Was Feb. 4 the date you recieved the letter?
on all your acceptances. Is that 25k per year or total?
The 25k is total for 3 years.
I see that you recently heard from UCLA. Congrats! How did they notify you? Email ? Big envelope? I am anxiously waiting for UCLA's letter, since they are the last school I am waiting to hear from. Are you planning to go to admit day?

Thanks. The UCLA acceptance came in a huge packet. There was also login info for their website -- to accept or decline their offer. I'd like to go to admit day, but since I'm overseas at the moment, the airfare would be prohibitive :) I've visited the campus on 2 occasions, and had gotten a ticket the first time. On the fourth of july with no students around and few vehicles cluttering the streets. But I guess the school has to bring in money somehow!
Guess their admit day is April 15-17. If that's the case, maybe I could go after all.
congratulations on michigan -- how did you hear?
Thanks... The acceptance came in a huge packet. Also included was a nice folder to organize your documents. Got the news along with the Columbia/Chicago rejections. I was really looking forward to the Mich preview weekend, but why'd they make it so early on 3/31??
Congrats on your Penn acceptance! I was just wondering how and when you were notified...I'm assuming the decision date 5/1/05 above is a typo? Looks like you have a tough decision to make, where are leaning towards?
A lot of people got accepted to the Georgetown class starting in Fall '06. Were you accepted for '05 or '06?
stopgap: Thanks for the message. I am pretty sure it is an acceptance for 2005, but now that you've asked, I had to carefully reread my mesages. I'm overseas and get a brief summary of my letters relayed through email. The letter (not package) from GULC said it was too early to send an acceptance notice, but they thought I was an exceptional candidate and wanted to let me know ASAP. But today (3/15) I got an email with a reminder about financial aid, an admitted students reception list, and a very kind message saying they hope to welcome me in the Fall.
Very interesting. It is indeed an acceptance for 2006.
I'm curious about this GULC Fall 2006 thing, since I am also waiting to hear from them and have similar numbers... did they notify you by email or reg. mail? Also, I'd be interested in knowing more about you beyond stats--ie what other factors you think made you stand out as a candidate...I am also hoping to get into BC, BU, Cornell and Penn. email me if you can. and Congratulations on all of your great acceptances!!
I am excited to see you've decided on Michigan! Did you go to their preview weekend? I can't wait to meet you in the fall!
Thank you dinobuddy. The original "1.70" GPA was an input error. My GPA is 3.7 (actually 3.71, but who's counting?) UofA was the first complete app -- the recommenders I used for UofA were especially prompt. Though they are listed #10, I do like UofA.
