grew up in yolo county, CA, went to university in los angeles and have also lived in austin, tx, goettingen & berlin, germany, and in the island-nation of dominica.

**the SCHOLARSHIP OFFERS listed are PER YEAR;
and all but GGU's would've been renewable in a straightforward manner.

MCGEORGE has the most stringent req for renewability (=staying in top 1/3 of class) and if anyone knows what % of incoming FT students have merit scholarships that depend on the top 1/3 standing or what % retain them through 2L and/or 3L, i'd love to know what it is!

GWU has just blatantly ignored me for nearly 5 months now (since Xmas; i got over that ca. march though!) and GGU convinced me of their bureaucratic incompetence time and again, so that by the time their scholarship offer arrived, i wanted to use it as TP and send it back! ;-)
