Additional info & updates

As of now I am pretty sure I will end up at Pitt next year...I visited a few weeks ago and LOVED it if anybody has any questions...
However, William and Mary would be almost impossible to pass up if I somehow make it off the waitlist...

Honestly I'm really surprised about being waitlisted at Florida...they have taken people with much lower numbers then me that have been out of state so I'm going to have to say no thanks to being on a waitlist there...

How were you able to be a division 1 athlete and volunteer 40 hours per week throughout school? As a former D1 athlete, I am trying to imagine how you were able to find everything. You should get more acceptances soon. Good luck the rest of the way.

thanks

It does feel good to know that I'm in somewhere even though Billy Mitch isn't my top choice. I am EXTREMELY jealous of you though. You got into Temple...and you withdrew your app?????? Pitt must have been a great visit. I'm just jealous because Temple is the top law school that I thought I had even an inkling of a chance at getting into. I don't think I'll get into either now.

Go Hokies!

You have to love U of Florida's "Stop calling punks! We are mailing the last week of March" notice. I sure hope all of us Hokies get a friendly eye from U of Florida. Good luck!

Thanks.

I'm not out of the woods yet, but it's good to have options. I really hope you get into Wake Forest, but I know you'll do just as well at Pitt. Good luck.

Why did you like Pitt so much? I may be visiting next week due to my need based money I recieved, since I had not been considering going until the offer. Let me know what to check out and what you found so great. Thanks.

I never expected this

We both got waitlisted at William and Mary on the same day!!! That's incredible. I'm sorry to hear about Washington and Lee, but you've done great in your search so far. Keep up the good work.

my boss was looking over my shoulder who went to UVA for law school and he said you got accepted to some of the best schools and was curious why u didnt apply to UVA lol. You were giving me hope that since you hadn't heard maybe that was a good sign for me...if u didnt get it today...maybe its still a good sign ? Keep me posted! good luck

Somehow it must be bizarro day because UF took me. Also they mailed it to my permanent address instead of my current address...which was kind of weird. I can't see how they didn't take you with your numbers! Good luck and hopefully those waitlists treat you nicely.

I saw someone posted a comment about UF's waitlist on your comment board. I think I've figured it out. It seems to me that they put all of the applications in a giant fishbowl and pick out acceptances randomly. I'm having a hard time finding any reason to it beyond that. Good luck with the rest of your apps :)

I already miss not having you at law school.

FSU likes to play the waiting game

I think you should call them to make sure that you are not missing anything from them. Perhaps you should also send a letter of continued interest. Who knows, you might score some $$$ there and decide to attend.

did they email it to you or call you; snail mail. Oh man! I hate waiting on fucking FSU! Did you end up calling them for answers as to why they take so long?
