Editor of my school's newspaper, The Sojourn. Worked part time for IWU's coffee shop and outdoor experiential learning program.
Before college, I spent two years in a humanitarian-focused gap program. We learned leadership principles and traveled around the world on humanitarian trips.
I have spent the last two years working on Capitol Hill. I am very interested in the intersection of law and policy, and I hope to return to Washington, D.C. after law school to explore career options in that arena.
My time on Capitol Hill has specifically shaped my focus to law and economic policy. To that end, I would like to attend a top law school that focuses on those disciplines.
