I applied before Xmas but they had to wait for my February scores. However, when they lsat scores came out it was probably a month later when I got my decision. As for Pitt, I love Pitt. It was fantastic as an undergrad and Pittsburgh itself is an amazing city. Living here is fairly inexpensive, my current rent is ~$350 a month but, it depends on which neighborhood you live in. I live in South Oakland which is about a ten minute walk to campus. There are plenty of bars and great places to eat as well as concerts and cultural things to do. But, Pitt is located in Oakland which is pretty much in the heart of the city, most of the bus routes come through here and getting to anywhere fun isn't hard, especially with Uber/Lyft now. But if you need more specifics on neighborhoods or have questions, I am happy to share more.
How long did it take to hear back from Brooklyn? Good luck! We have several of the same schools! University of Pittsburgh is looking like my number #1 right now....Would you mind giving me insight?
