Jan 10th - last night i received an email that had login information for the University of Miami. I decided to login thinking it would just show me my status and to my surprise I was greeted with a "congratulations you have been accepted" Good to know i am going to law school and that the first one I heard back from was an acceptance. Hopefully this means only good things to come.
Jan 14th - Came back from work today and had an email congratulating me with an acceptance to Penn State. My wife loves that, because she is from around there.
Jan 15th - Today I was greeted at home with an acceptance e-mail from Quinnipiac. This is a good start.
Jan 15th - Called home to tell Carrie about the good news. (last two acceptances). She was happy for me and still hopes that University of Washington will accept. I keep reminding her that it is a big hope. She then said there was a letter from DePaul. Don't ask me why it got sent to my permanent address when i clearly stated that I'm in Idaho now and won't be back until August. I told her to read it to me and she quickly said don't worry about DePaul.
Jan 16th - All scholarships are per year
Jan 22nd - Got a phone call today from Michigan State with some great news. they are offering a 10.000 scholarship with a chance to upgrade depending on grades. information will be sent in the mail.
Jan 24th - I used the Lawschoolreport webise to come up with my numbers. that is the chance I have to get in. If there is no number then I'm either above or under their range.
Jan 28th - got my package from William Mitchel. accepted plus 65 percent scholarship as long as I remain in top half of the class.
Feb 2nd- An email congratulating me on an exceptance to Franklin Pierce. Aletter came later the same day
Feb 11th- Got a package today from St. Thomas with a 10.000 scholarship. it also had a nice personal not from the dean. That is always a nice touch.
Feb 12th- An acceptance package from Gonzaga today. with 15500.
Feb 13th- The news came today. Rejected from UW, oh well, life goes on.
Feb 17th- Package came from st. thomas with a t-shirt. That was nice. Also got excepted to Golden Gate with 25000 a year and I also got excepted to their honors lawyering program.
