on the waitlist accept at BU! Did you send in additional materials, or have contact with them since being waitlisted?
Congrats on getting off the waitlist! How were you notified? Did you get an "are-you-still-interested" e-mail prior to your acceptance?
Hey there. Looks like we\'re in similar predicaments- I just got off 3 waitlists, and it\'s shaking everything up. I got the scholarship offer from BU with the acceptance- it came in the mail. Here\'s my take on the getting-off-the-waitlist situation- I think you should go to BU or W&L unless you\'re set on practicing in Louisiana, or if finances play a large role in your decision. BU and W&L will give you better job prospects, and you will be surrounded by some of the best faculty/students in the country. Not to say that Tulane is lacking in any of these areas, but BU and W&L are definitely stronger schools. I know for me personally, I was pretty set on going to a regional Cali school and practicing in Cali, but I feel like I would regret it if I passed up the opportunity to go attend a school like BU.
